What is my surprise you ask? Well, it is a card made using a different fold. This card actually give you two pockets to put things in plus your main card front. How do you do this? That is the surprise! O.K. I will be good.Directions you say????................. Here goes.
Supplies needed:
1 piece Double sided Designer Series paper or cardstock. I used Stampin'Up! Spring Flowers Designer Series paper.
Cardstock: Scraps to decorate with that will coordinate.
Neutral scraps for layering.Eyelets or Brads (optional)
Snail Adhesive
Ribbon (optional)
Paper Snips
Place your paper upside down when you begin. This puts the right side of your designer series paper with the wrong side facing you.

Step #1
Cut your designer series paper to 8-1/2" x 11". Fold your 8-1/2" x 11" paper in half, reopen and fold in half the other direction. Open Again. Your paper now has creases and is divided into fourths. You can think about your paper being section one (upper left), section two (upper right), section three (lower right) and section four (lower left).
Step #2
Step #2 Make sure the back side of the paper is towards you. On the fold on the right side (section two), cut through the fold line to the center.

Step #3
On the top left quadrant (section one), fold the corner down to meet the center fold.
Step #4On the bottom right quadrant (section 3), fold the corner up to within an inch of the center fold.
Step #5Now fold the bottom right quadrant (section three) over top of bottom left quadrant (sections four). Section 3 is being folded on top of section 4.
Step #6Now fold bottom left quadrant (section four) on top of section one.
Step #7
Step #7Now fold top right quadrant (section two) on top of section one.
Step #8Turn your card over. You will now see the two pockets. You will want to use either a brad or an eyelet on the bottom right to hold all the layers in place. Decorate and you are finished.
Your finished Card
I hope you will try this. I would love to see what all you come up with using this pattern. Until then. Happy Stamping
